Japanese Ginger Carrot Juice
Japanese Ginger Carrot Juice is a savory drink and one of my favorite ways to drink healthy carrot juice. I was inspired by the ginger salad at the sushi restaurants to make this delicious and healthy drink recipe.
Carrot juice benefits the liver and may help improve eye health, boost your immune system, and strengthen your skin.
Fresh carrot juice can stay in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Recipe for two servings.
2 1/2 cups carrots
2 celery stalks
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
1 tsp minced ginger (I buy the minced ginger that comes in a tube in the produce isle)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of honey or sugar
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt or sea salt.
Juice the carrots, onions and celery. stir in the ginger, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey and salt.
